When I was little, I didn't like Dalton McGuinty because "his eyes were evil-looking" but I take that back now! Dalton McGuinty is AMAZING. As a student in Toronto ON, I benefit from the things that Mr. McGunity invests in, which are education, health care and ... spending money on programs that will help Ontarians. It's true, the premier is known for extravagant spending but it's all for the good. The money he spends goes back into the economy and the people of Ontario. For example, he created this program called YouthConnect and it helps teens with things such as employment. I use it all the times and I've learned many things from them. They're also currently helping me find a job. It's a great program and many teens are grateful for this program that's helping them in a not-so-easy area of life. Also, some people are mad because of HST and the Green Energy Act but again, that money is going to come back to us and help our economy and families. Also, the Green Energy Act will make Ontarians realize our energy consumption and hopefully, will decrease it. It's a step towards fighting global warming. Honestly, Dalton McGuinty is a great premier and he has a lot of energy. Almost as much as he did when he first started, if not more. He's a "people" person and can connect with the lives of many Canadians, despite his different lifestyle. His ability to adapt and constant eagerness to learn is admirable. I hope he never stops being our premier! :)
